We are using a lot of paper making booklets to reinforce graphemes taught in phonics. Has anyone else had this problem?

You shouldn't need a lot of paper, especially booklets or worksheets, for teaching phonics. We would really encourage teachers to make games or resources out of items you can buy cheaply, or already have in your classroom.
Using mini whiteboards and magnetic letters are great for whole class teaching.
